🔄 Itinerary Flexibility
The itinerary is a planned schedule and may be modified, altered, or rearranged due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, operational requirements, or any other circumstances beyond the control of MILES TO GO. No compensation shall be payable for such changes.
🌪️ Force Majeure Clause
MILES TO GO shall not be held liable for any delay, alteration, cancellation, or interruption of services arising from acts of God, natural calamities, adverse weather, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, flight/train cancellations, technical issues, or any unforeseen events beyond human control.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after deducting actual expenses incurred, including but not limited to hotel bookings, transport arrangements, permits, administrative charges, and third-party services. No refund shall be applicable for unused services or early departures.
💸 Additional Expenses
Any additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, road blockages, vehicle breakdowns, medical emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions shall be borne solely by the guests and paid on the spot.
📑 Payment Terms
A 30% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance amount must be cleared by Day 3 evening of the tour. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund.
