Sikkim Itinerary (5 Nights / 6 Days)

Day 1: NJP to Gangtok

Meet and greet at NJP Railway Station / Siliguri. Begin your scenic drive to Gangtok, crossing the beautiful Teesta River and lush green valleys. Upon reaching Gangtok, check into the hotel and have lunch. In the evening, visit MG Marg for shopping and local cafรฉ experiences (by local taxi).
Overnight Stay: Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok to Lachen via Sightseeing

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast. Begin your journey toward Lachen (approx. 6โ€“7 hours). Enroute, stop at:

  • Seven Sisters Waterfall

  • Naga Waterfall

  • Bhim Nala / Amitabh Bachchan Waterfall

Lunch will be served on the way. Arrive in Lachen by evening and check into the hotel.
Overnight Stay: Lachen.
Altitude: Approx. 2,750 meters.

Day 3: Lachen โ€“ Gurudongmar Lake โ€“ Lachung

Early morning departure to Gurudongmar Lake (5,183 meters), one of the highest lakes in the world, via Thangu Valley. Enjoy the calm and majestic view of the lake surrounded by snow-covered mountains. Return to Lachen, have lunch, and continue the journey to Lachung.
Overnight Stay: Lachung.

(Optional: Kalapathar visit at extra cost.)

Day 4: Lachung โ€“ Yumthang Valley โ€“ Zero Point โ€“ Gangtok Transfer

After breakfast, visit the stunning Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers. During winter, the valley transforms into a white snow paradise.
Optional visits (extra cost):

  • Zero Point

  • Katao

Return to the hotel for lunch. Then proceed back to Gangtok.
Overnight Stay: Gangtok.

Day 5: Changu Lake โ€“ New Baba Mandir โ€“ (Optional: Nathula Pass)

After breakfast, head for a day trip to:

  • Tsomgo Lake โ€“ a sacred glacial lake surrounded by mountains

  • New Baba Mandir

If available, visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China border) at extra cost. Return to the hotel and relax.
Overnight Stay: Gangtok.

Day 6: Departure โ€“ Gangtok to NJP / Siliguri

After breakfast, check out and drive back to NJP/Siliguri. Tour ends with wonderful memories and scenic moments to cherish long after you return home.
