📌 IMPORTANT NOTE:-

All tourists must carry 3 passport-size photographs and 3 photocopies of any valid ID proof such as Voter ID Card / Driving Licence / Passport, along with the Original ID .

🚘 CAR SERVICE

Car Type: 01 Dzire or Similar
Pick up & drop from Port Blair Airport
Sightseeing as per the above schedule

🔸 CHILD POLICY:-

* Below 4 years: Complimentary.
* 4 years to below 9 years: 50% of the total package cost.
* 9 years and above: Full package cost will be applicable.

📌 Please carry the Birth Certificate as age proof for children.

📍 TOUR RULES & REGULATIONS :-

1️⃣ In case of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the tour operator reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the tour.

2️⃣ If the tour is cancelled due to such circumstances, the amount paid by the participant will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred. No compensation claim will be entertained.

3️⃣ We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary /route due to landslides, flight/train cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen situations. Any additional expenses incurred will have to be borne by the guest.

4️⃣ The remaining package amount must be paid by Day 2 evening of the tour.

🔸 CANCELLATION POLICY / CHARGES :-

If the guest cancels the trip due to unavoidable circumstances, the following cancellation charges will apply:

📅 More than 30 days prior to the tour date: ~ 20% of the total package cost.
📅 30 – 15 days prior to the tour date: ~ 25% of the total package cost.
📅 14 – 0 days prior to the tour date: ~ 30% of the total package cost.
