❖ NB
All tourists must carry three copies of pass post size photo and Three photo copies of Voter Identity Card and Aadhar Card Xerox with Original one.

❖ 𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 –

** If there will be any natural calamity / snowfall , chained jeeps has to be used from Tangmarg to Gulmarg .Client have to pay directly at Tanmarg. The cost will be appox. 2000/- per chained Jeep

In Pahalgam: Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not included. If one wishes to visit the same,They can hire a taxi directly at Pahalgam taxi stand on their own.

In Gulmarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Gulmarg and from there onwards one has to walk or can go by ponies on direct payment for local sightseeing in Gulmarg . During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snowjeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back for which the clients have to pay an additional amount of approx.. INR:2000/- for return to In Sonamarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonamarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajiwass or one can go by ponies on direct payment. (Route is closed during Heavy Snowfall)

❖ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 –

Please be informed due to transport Union in Jammu. Toursit cars are not allowed to enter Jammu railway station / Airport premises. Client has to come out from Jammu railway station / airport by his own and our car will be half a kilometer away from the Jammu railway station / Airport. Our driver / representative will coordinate with guest and will advice pick up point to the guest accordingly.

❖ CHILD POLICY

Below Four (4) years totally complementary and from Four(4) years to below Nine(9) years we take 50% of total package cost. From Nine (9) years we take full charge.

Please carry the birth certificate as age proof.

❖ 𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 –

• Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post paid cellular connection will work on roaming.

• Before travelling visit weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advice to keep heavy woolens for winters and light woollens for summers.

• If any additional cost asked by driver during the tour please coordinate to your representative tour manager/agency before giving any cash.

• It is always advisable to follow the timings provided by your tour manager/ Driver to experience hassle free travel. Follow the hotel timings for your breakfast & Dinner, we shall not be responsible.

❖ CANCELLATION POLICY / CHARGE
For any unavoidable circumstances if guest cancel the trip, they need to pay cancellation charge as below –
1) More than 30 Days prior from the tour date – 20% of the total package cost.
2) 30-15 Days prior from tour date – 25% of the total package cost.
3) 14 – 0 Days prior from tour Date – 30% of the total package cost.

❖ PAYMENT –
30% of the total package cost needs to be pay during the tour confirmation and the rest 70% amount need to pay on the 2nd day of your trip.
