DATE OF JOURNEY FROM HOWRAH – 11th JANUARY 2025
ITINERARY
At the evening meet and greet at Howrah Station & stay full night at Train. Will go to bed early as we need to wake up early when train will arrive in Puri Railway Station.
Arrive at Puri Railway Station , pickup by our company representative and move toward Hotel. After check in Hotel, have breakfast & go out for enjoying the sea wave. Return to Hotel for lunch & take some rest. At evening visit local Puri Market or spend time in Sea Beach. Night stay at Hotel.
After breakfast start for full day sightseeing like - Konarak Sun Temple, Chandrabhaga Beach, Lingaraj Temple, Dhabalgiri, Khandagiri & Nandan Kanan in Ac car. We will provide packaged lunch on the way. At evening return to Hotel. Night stay at Hotel.
Wake up early in the morning & visit Jagannath Temple. We will be available for Pandas or any other help to perform pooja in the temple. Return to Hotel for lunch & take some rest. At evening visit Puri Swargadwar Market or spend time in Sea Beach. Night stay at Hotel.
Today is our last day of that trip. So, after breakfast we can go into the Sea or spend our free time in Shopping. Return to Hotel for lunch & take some rest as we have to catch the train tonight. At evening will have the dinner early & check out from our hotel and start for Puri Railway Station. Full day in the Train.
Will reach Howrah station at very early morning and the tour ends with sweet memories.

We will have our own Bengali cook & kitchen staff with us. So that we will provide Bengali dishes for these few days & also Biriyani & Chinese for once in a meal.
RULES AND REGULATIONS

All tourists must carry four copies of pass post size photo and five photo copies of Voter identity / Aadhar card along with Original one. For Child Please carry Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate Xerox copies (4 Pcs) along with Original one.
❖ DO’S
* Avoid littering and deposit garbage at designate places.
* Keep all pollutants away from streams and lakes.
* Respect local culture by taking permission before taking photographs.
* It is customary to circles shrines in clock wise directions.
* Co-operates with Drivers and Hotel’s people.
❖ DON’TS
* Don’t disturb wildlife or its habitat.
* Don’t smoke, drink alcohol or talk loudly near sacred places.
* Don’t pluck plants or flower.
❖ CHILD POLICY
Below Four years totally complementary and from Four years to below Eight years we take 50% of total package cost. From Eight years we take full charge. Please carry the birth certificate as age proof.
❖ TOUR RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Need to clears all remaining booking amount within Day 2 of your trip starts.
2. In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the trip can modify the route or cancel the tour.
3. In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. But no compensation claim will be entertained.
4. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary/Route due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
❖ CANCELLATION POLICY / CHARGE:-
For any unavoidable circumstances if guest cancel the trip, they need to pay cancellation charge as
below –
1) More than 30 Days prior from the tour date – 20% of the total package cost.
2) 30-15 Days prior from tour date – 30% of the total package cost.
3) 14 – 0 Days prior from tour Date – 40% of the total package cost.
❖ PAYMENT –
30% of the total package needs to pay during the confirmation and the rest 70% amount need to pay at the first day of your journey.
