RULES AND REGULATIONS

Terms & conditions –
 If we change or cancel your holiday.
 We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
 Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
 We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
 If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
 If you want to change your holiday plan after confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in anyway (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking.
 All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Guide lines-
• Please clarify all the inclusions and exclusions before booking.
• All the mentioned rates are Nett and non commissionable.
• Optional tour charges to be paid directly by the guest (if availed)
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
• Your above hotels are confirm with us, if any case hotel failed to provide the same due to any unforeseen we will be providing the accommodation in alternate hotels of same category.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
• The package prices are subject to change in case of any revision in the hotel accommodation tariffs/any hike in the transport cost (including fuel hike) or in case of any addition tax levied by government of state Jammu & Kashmir.

*If there will be any nature calamity / snowfall , chained jeeps has to be used from Tangmarg to Gulmarg .Client have to pay directly at Tanmarg. The cost will be appox. 2000/- per chained Jeep.

In Pahalgam: Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not included. If one wishes to visit the same, they can hire a taxi directly at Pahalgam taxi on their own.

In Gulmarg : The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Gulmarg or at your hotel and from there onwards one has to walk or can go by ponies on direct payment for local sightseeing in Gulmarg . During heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snowjeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back for which the clients have to pay an additional amount of apporx. INR:2000/- for return.

In Sonamarg: The vehicle is allowed to drop at main Sonamarg and from there onwards one has to walk up to Thajiwass or one can go by ponies on direct payment. ( Route is closed during Heavy Snowfall )

Important Note:-
Please be informed due to transport Union in Jammu . Private cars are not allowed to enter Jammu railway station / airport premises. Client has to come out from Jammu railway station / airport by his own and our car will be half a kilometer away from the Jammu railway station / airport.Our driver / representative will coordinate with guest and will advice pick up point to the guest accordingly.
Please share this information with the client well in advance for smooth transfers.

General Information-
• Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Kashmir only post paid cellular connection will work on roaming.
• Reach airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
• Before travelling visit weather forecast to get well informed which clothing to carry howsoever we advice to keep heavy woolens for winters and light woolens for summers .
• If you are staying in houseboats ask for mobile no. of houseboat attendant or your local tour coordinator and call him before reaching to Srinagar so that he can arrange shikara for crossing well in advance.
• If any additional cost asked by driver during the tour please coordinate to your local tour representative before giving any cash.
• It is always advisable to follow the timings provided by your tour coordinator/ Driver to experience hassle free travel.Follow the hotel timings for your breakfast & Dinner, we shall not be responsible.
• Always carry your Travel documents / Hotel Confirmation for the smooth check in at Hotel/ Houseboat.

Payment policy-
 No booking will be confirmed without advance payment.
 30% of total payment can be accepted as advance to book your package.
 Rest payment sharp after arrival at destination for reliable services.
 Online/offline accepted without any extra charges.

Cancellation policy-
 Cancellation will not be accepted without genuine reason .
 Cancellation charges may apply to total cost.
 If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival only 5% service charges will be applied.
 Cancel before 15 – 30 days days to arrival 30 % will be charged.
 Cancel before 7-14 days to arrival 50% will be charged .
 Cancel before 1-6 days to arrival 100 % will be charged.
